SEASONAL RATES

Winter Season 2011/2012 - Dec. 1 - Mar. 31
$1,120/week .. $175/night (2 night minimum)

Spring Season 2012 - Apr. 1 – May 31
$1,270/week .. $200/night (2 night minimum)

Summer Season 2012 - Jun. 1 – Sept. 30
$1,750/week .. $275/night (3 night minimum)

Fall Season 2012 - Oct. 1 - Nov. 30
$1,270/week .. $200/night (2 night minimum)

Winter Season 2012/2013 - Dec. 1 - Mar. 31
$1,120/week .. $175/night (2 night minimum)

Above rates apply to the main house (three bedrooms).
Add $150 per night for the entire home (5 bedrooms) or $25 per night for a fourth bedroom.
A minimum cleaning fee of $100 (actual fee depends on the number of house guests) will also be charged.

Holiday rates apply (an additional $25 per night) for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
